Sehr empfehlenswerte Wohnung

Positiv: Größe und Ausstattung der Wohnung war gut. Vermieter bei tel. Kontakt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Diese Wohnung kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Negativ: Leider ist der kostenpflichtige Parkplatz etwas entfernt liegt aber an der Lage der Wohnung ist anders nicht möglich.

Positiv: Die Wohnung ist bequem und sehr rühig und die Qualität den Betten ist gut. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Preis billig. Ihre Kommunikation war auch immer gut und hilfbereits. Danke.

Negativ: Es fehlt eine Mikrowelle. Es ist schade, dass muss man das Tür des Badzimmers öffnen, um das Kühlschrank zu öffnen.

Positiv: Gute Lage, in 3 Min zum Bus und mit dem in 10 Min in der Innenstadt. Volkspark fußläufig erreichbar. Schöner Aufenthalt in Mainz.

Tolle Unterkunft in Maiz

Positiv: Große Räume. Netter Kontakt, Gut erreichbare Busverbindung ins Zentrum / Zurück Alles vorhanden in der Unterkunft was man braucht.

A great-value, well-equipped self-catering apartment in the suburbs of Mainz

Positiv: The apartment was clean and well equipped: we stayed for a long weekend and only did a small bit of cooking, but things like the kitchen were suitably equipped that you could stay and self-cater for a week if you chose to. The value for money, compared to booking equivalent hotel rooms, was excellent. Although the apartment is outside the city centre, the bus connection is frequent and the S-Bahn is a moderate walk away.

Negativ: The pillows were incredibly thin and offered very little support – and there did not appear to be any more pillows beyond the one each provided. The street outside the property is quite poorly lit, so we needed to use a phone torch to get the key from the lock box.

Positiv: Even though it was out of town, it was very easy to get there as the bus stop (excellent service) was a two minute walk away. It was very spacious and had good facilities in the main. Nice outdoor space as well

Negativ: The shower head was not stable and kept on moving which wasn't ideal. The shower itself had good pressure though. The other thing that wasn't great was the lack of good pillows. The TV also didn't work, but there wasn't a massive issue.

A bit old but still nice and clean and central

Positiv: Super clean, the property manager was helpful. Some of the old review photos with issues have been fixed in the meantime.

Negativ: The TV wasn’t working when we got there and we had to contact the property manager for the password and information how to fix it. The property is not modernized, but you get what you pay for, so it was quite ok for that.

Estancia inolvidable.

Positiv: Me gustó el apartamento en general, era sencillo, pero acogedor y tenía todo lo necesario para la estancia de una semana. Las camas eran cómodas, la terraza permitía tener más espacio. Aunque no está en el centro, tiene transporte publico para llegar, se pueden tomar buses 60 y 80, el resto de buses también acercan a la zona centro. Zona tranquila, rodeada de bosques. Andando son 30 minutos al centro. Buena comunicación con el propietario, siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas.

Negativ: Aunque me pareció acorde a las expectativas que tenía, debo mencionar algunas cuestiones, como que la zona en donde está el apartamento, es bastante húmeda por estar cerca del rio, y por esta razón puede haber olor a humedad en los exteriores, y que para llegar al apartamento hay que subir una colina inclinada, lo que puede ser complicado para personas con problemas de movilidad. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera lavadora y tendedero para secar la ropa, pero todo lo demás me pareció perfecto para lo que esperaba.
