Absolut perfekt
Positiv: Eine wirklich super ausgestattete moderne Wohnung im Bestzustand. Alles da, vom Spülmaschinentab bis zum Shampoo. Die Leute waren total nett und kooperativ. Ruhige Lage, schöner Balkon.

Super schöne und hochwertige Wohnung
Positiv: Wir haben nie bequemer geschlafen auf diesen super tollen Matratzen, allein deswegen werden wir wieder kommen. Die ganze Wohnung ist auch insgesamt sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. Auch kleine Dinge wie Putzlappen und Co sind vorhanden sodass wir keinen riesen Einkauf machen mussten. Die Lage ist schön ruhig aber in ein paar Gehminuten ist man am Zoo/Hbf. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und super nett. Genial war eine Flasche Wasser, ein Bier und eine Coke die kaltgestellt waren im Kühlschrank, da haben wir uns am meisten bei der Anreise gefreut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Positiv: Die Wohnung hat durch den Scnitt, Stil und Größe sofort positiven Eindruck gemacht. Sie ist ganz neu, was besonders das perfekte Bad mit Walk In Dusche, Bidet, und Größe angeht. Küche ist mit allem Erdenklichen voll ausgestattet. Der Balkon und Aussicht auf die Straße - gepflegt und hell. Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Matratzen und wohnlicher Bettwäsche lässt ein Heimgefühl aufkommen;) Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, um das Nest noch länger zu genießen! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Positiv: Super cozy, spacious apartment with a spacious bathroom, on a very quiet street, yet close to the train station, good connections via tram to downtown, a supermarket is about 5-10 away by foot. It was very clean, warm, very light due to the big windows which is good, as most days during our stay were gloomy. The instructions and the additional info were extensive but really helpful.
Negativ: There was only a shampoo available in the bathroom which is not a big deal, since the supermarket is close by and we bought one for our stay, so this must be kept in mind. Also, something I anticipated but my travel friends were unpleasantly surprised by - we had instructions about the garbage disposal at the end of our stay. Since the apartment is in a residential building, I did not question that, but I can imagine other people may be surprised like my friends were, so keep in mind. We honestly had a great time so these are not big issues at all, plus there was enough space for us three.

Positiv: This apartment was lovely - it is very new, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you need, with a well appointed with kitchen, laundry, large bathroom and balcony (including clothes rack). It is in a lovely quiet part of the town, a short walk to the tram (less than 5 mins walking at kids pace), which was one stop from the main station, and a few stops towards most other attractions. Was perfect for staying at with our two kids - even had some board games for the kids to play with! There is a large supermarket at the end of the street as well, which is very convenient. The host was lovely - excellent at communicating and very helpful throughout our stay, and very generously hospitable! I would stay here again, and would recommend!
Negativ: Nothing that we didn’t like. Initial access was through an app (Ring) which for some reason didn’t work for me initially, but the host was still able to let us in straight away, and there was a key to use from then onwards if you are not as comfortable using technology for access.

Beautiful and modern apartment - truly enjoyment
Positiv: I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. Everything was more than perfect. Apartment is in a new building. Bed is very big and comfortable, and the living room is very nicely decorated. Actually, the whole apartment is beautiful and modern. Kitchen was fully equipped with all necessary devices and dishes. Check-in was very easy, instructions for guests were simple and detailed. I have to thank the host for early check-in, it meant a lot to me and I really appreciate it. Also the host is very kind and communication was very easy. Thank you for your welcome gift, it was a big surprise for me
