Das Appartement war gut, aber der Zugang ist nicht für jedermann geeignet.
Positiv: Die Lage und der Blick auf den Marktplatz war hervorragend
Negativ: Die Kommunikation mot der Übersendung des Türcods war schlecht. Ein anderer Gast der zeitgleich eincecken wollte ging es genauso. Am Tag vor der Anreise niemanden erreicht, auf Festnetz, auf Handy und per Mail nicht. Der Zugang zu den Appartements über den Hof an den Mülleimers vorbei war ein Taubenhaus. Das war ekelig.

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage, das Appartement selbst ist sehr schön und sauber.
Negativ: WLAN funktioniert nicht. Im Innenhof überall Taubendreck, auch im Treppenhaus.

Wir haben die Bundesgartenschau in Mannheim besucht 🌸 und die Gelegenheit genutzt Heidelberg und Umgebung mit dem Rad zu
Positiv: Das Appartement ist grosszügig und wurde neu renoviert. So konnte über manchen Mängel hinweggesehen werden. Die Lage ist sehr zentral.
Negativ: Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über einen alten Eingang/ Hinterhof und wirkt schmuddelig und dreckig. Es riecht oft nach Fäkalien. Der Aufgang über all die verwinkelten Treppen/ kein Lift, ist sehr umständlich und mühsam. Die Ferienwohnung entspricht keinesfalls dem Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis. Die Wohnung war bei unserer Ankunft (Sa 17.00 Uhr) nicht gereinigt. Die Vermieter bis Montag nicht erreichbar. Die Wohnung wurde dann ein wenig nachgereinigt. Wir hoffen für all die Feriengäste die diese Wohnung für teures Geld mieten, dass es wirklich ein einmaliges Versäumnis (wurde uns so mitgeteilt) war. Wir haben mehrmals um Preisermässigung gebeten - dies wurde obwohl mündlich zugesagt - nicht umgesetzt. Ausstattung: Ist zum Glück neu. Frotee Wäsche 1 Garnitur für 2 Personen. In der Küche waren keine sauberen Geschirrtücher und obwohl eine Abwaschmaschine zur Verfügung stand fehlten Abwaschtabs. Leider auch keine Schüsseln vorhanden. Die Ferienwohnung hat „noch viel Luft nach oben“ sprich Verbesserungspotenzial.

Positiv: The location was just amazing... Right in the centre of the old town. The room was lovely, the beds comfortable, the whole accommodation clean. I would stay here again 100%
Negativ: Unfortunately, the area was experiencing problems with pigeons during our stay. The courtyard area which we had to cross through was constantly filled with both pigeons and their excrement. The owners were attempting to rectify this and had builders in fitting a canopy over the area. A pigeon problem of course is no fault of the owners. What would have been beneficial though time consuming would have been to be mopping the hallways at least once a day. You were tracking pigeon excrement through the hallway unintentionally, and this was not really cleaned and left a smell. Furthermore, they were having issues with extending the WiFi to our room; despite advertising the property as having WiFi we didn't have any for our stay.

Apart from the view from the kitchen over the balcony, the apartment was fine and very central.
Positiv: Great location. The apartment is well equipped and near all restaurants and shops. The bed is exzellent.
Negativ: Access through hallways , a courtyard and stairways is hard work with luggage. The balcony area needs a professional clean.

Negativ: There is a transition between the entrance hall and the kitchen floor, which is significantly lower in elevation - this is a tripping hazard (man kann davon stolpern, wie ich am Anfang meines Aufenthalts). Just get rid of the pigeons (the overhead netting/barrier over the 2nd courtyard is a good deterrent - overhead netting needs to be installed over the 1st courtyard one has to cross after entering from Mittelbadgasse 2 and following the arrows on the wall).
