Positiv: De Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und geräumig. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage im Haus. Die ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung

Authentisches Heidelberg mit schönstem Friedhof.

Positiv: Zentrale Lage... 300m vom Hbf. ruhige Wohnung, Balkon, gute Ausstattung... Persönliche unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe... Bus und bahn haltestelle-direkt vor der Wohnung... Tiefgarage im Haus... Zur Altstadt - 5min Bahnfahrt...

Negativ: Die Betten sind nicht sehr bequem. Doppelbett weich, Schlafsofa hart. Ist natürlich subjektiv.

Positiv: Perfekte Lage durch Zug- und Straßenbahnanbindung, oder einen Spaziergang zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ausstattung mit kleinem Ersatz-Kopfkissen und zusätzlichen Decken ist prima. Die Küche bietet viele Extras.

Negativ: Die Wohnung scheint etwas abgewohnt. Dadurch fehlt der Wohlfühlfaktor, rechtfertigt aber den relativ günstigen Preis.

Positiv: Es ist eine sehr schöne, helle und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Positiv: Es handelt sich um eine praktische, gute ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, in der wir zu dritt konfortabel leben konnten

Negativ: Für mich persönlich hätte die Bettwäsche nicht so stark nach Waschmittel riechen müssen.

Soweit alles ok, wenn man die Ruhe liebt, ist man dort nicht an der richtigen Stelle.

Positiv: Ohne Frühstück, war eine Ferienwohnung, gute Ausstattung, gute Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon. Trotz eines Hauses mit 90 Wohneinheiten, war es im Haus nicht laut.

Negativ: Die Handhabung des Fernsehers war etwas kompliziert. Die Umgebung war sehr laut.

Well located and comfortable apartment.

Positiv: Well appointed, spacious and comfortable apartment in an area close to the station and within walking distance of the old town. Plenty of supermarkets and good places to eat close by. Joachim met us and was very friendly and helpful.

Negativ: A few minor things such as some lights, remotes didn't work. Had to look for the fire exits as there was no info in apartment.

Cute and unique stay

Positiv: Close enough to town. In a quiet area Host very attentive and good communication. Nice sized living area, kitchen and good little balcony to sit of a morning/afternoon. Close to river and 15-20min to center of town.

Great place, amazing host

Positiv: This is a beautiful apartment and an excellent size. Lots of wardrobe and storage space, large king-size bed, solid flooring and large Smart tv so we wete able to connect to Amazon Prime and use an external hardrive which had a lot of our movies and tv shows on. The host Joachim is a lovely man, super helpful and attentive. He was excellent!

Negativ: The only negative and truly it is a small one, hence 9/10 rather than 10/10 is the heat of the apartment. It is very well insulated, so very warm, regardless of outside temperature. We needed to use the fan every night and had to keep windows shut due to traffic, so that meant interrupted sleep. However, it did not detract from what is a lovely apartment. Highly recommend 👌 👍
