Perfekt für eine erholsame Zeit.

Positiv: Perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und die Aussicht auf die Landschaft wohltuend für die Augen. Die Ferienwohnung ist besser als auf den Bildern dargestellt, sie ist modern, sehr sauber und mit allen Details ausgestattet, die man benötigt. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Great apartment

Positiv: Well made apartment, super-equipped, very-clean, well maintained, has a terrace with a great view. All one needs for a short or longer visit is there. The hosts are careful about details, even a first-aid kit is available. The guest parking is easy and enough for 2 cars (access road is very hilly). It was a great pleasure talking to Hagen, the host (husband). They have a lovely dog. The hosts live in the same building, and can be asked by phone or in-person if something is needed.

Negativ: Irina, the host asked to sign upon arrival 4 pages of papers (responsibility if something gets broken or lost, data privacy disclosure...) what was not mentioned when I booked and paid for that place. It left an uncomfortable feeling during my stay, because there are many things there and checking everything at check-in after driving +700 km that day was not good. Eventually there was no check-out verification by the hosts at the departure time that we agreed. Besides, I do not speak/read perfect German, so signing responsibility commitment which I do not understand fully was bad, and I had little choice after arriving on a late evening and already having paid for the apartment accepting no-cancelation terms from Booking.com. On the first day there was a light smell of sewage and in mornings there was mild smell of creosote inside. The apartment has a Kaminofen, which I never used (I came for work, and was leaving before 8 AM and returning late every day). I guess, the creosote smell comes from a chimney due to some backpressure - could be a natural phenomena in mountains, or because of shared chimneys. Irina warmed at check-in that windows need to be open when the Kaminofen and the cooking exhaust are On simultaneously, but I had that smell while never using the Kaminofen. Well, eventually I had to keep windows open for ventilation during my presence including all nights.

Negativ: Az egyik hálószobában a két egyszemélyes ágy csak 20 cm-re van a földtől.

Prachtige locatie, vriendelijke host, heel mooi appartement.

Positiv: Locatie was fantastisch met een mooi uitzicht en wandel mogelijkheden. Huis was heerlijk koel ondanks de warmte. Prachtige omgeving. Mooie tuin bij het appartement.

Negativ: Matrassen waren wel wat hard.
